This wine is ever so lightly oaked, with just a hint of vanilla lees. The balance between fruit weight and acid is seamless.

2010 Riesling – Clare Valley, South Australia

Bright straw green in colour, the aroma is intensely packed with spice, citrus zest and lemon blossom. The overly rich palate ranges through honey, lemon lime and flinty mineral characters, all combining in excellent wine with great balance and length.

 N.V. Cuvee Brut – South Eastern Australia

This bright sparkling wine has fresh citrus characters, persistent bead and a long dry finish with hints of delicate peach flavours.

2010 Sauvignon Blanc – Adelaide Hills

This wine shows all the superlative hallmarks of the cool Adelaide Hills region. The bouquet is noticeably vibrant, with aromatic lifted gooseberry and tropical fruits.

The palate shows excellent flavour profile and persistent length – delicate guava and passionfruit flavours emerge through the balanced acid finish.
