2012 Pinot Grigio – Adelaide Hills
Pale green straw in colour, this wine has a wonderful fragrant nose of rose petals with ripe peach overtones. The palate is generous with flavours of Nashi pears, citrus lime and baked apple.

2009 Petite Chardonnay – Central Victoria
Made from hand picked petite (small) bunches of grapes, this cool climate wine has a bright straw colour with aromas of ripe nectarines and fig.
The delicate use of French oak produces a hint of vanilla on the nose. A smooth full pallet of stone fruit flavours, some buttery elements all seamlessly finishing with clean acidy, great harmony and finesse. |

It has a bright green gold colour, combining with delicate layers of peach and melon flavours. The wine is every so lightly oaked, with just a hint of vanilla lees.
The balance between fruit weight and acid is seamless. |

This wine shows all the superlative hallmarks of the cool Adelaide Hills region.
The bouquet is noticeably vibrant, with aromatic lifted gooseberry and tropical fruits.
The palate shows excellent flavour profile and persistent length – delicate guava and passion fruit flavours emerge through the balanced acid finish. |
