2008 Vintage Brut  Chardonnay & Pinot Noir – Victoria

Comprising 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. This unique cool climate sparkling from the renowned ‘high country’ region of Victoria displays tiny beads. Its wonderful blush hue colour offers a nose of elegance with lemon and honey blossom aromas.

-2009 Petite Chardonnay – Central Victoria

Made from hand picked petite (small) bunches of grapes, this cool climate wine has a bright straw colour with aromas of ripe nectarines and fig.

The delicate use of French oak produces a hint of vanilla on the nose. A smooth full pallet of stone fruit flavours, some buttery elements all seamlessly finishing with clean acidy, great harmony and finesse.

2008 Shiraz – Clare Valley

Deep cherry red in colour with vibrant black berry hues, this wine has enticing aromas of pepper and spice. The palate is soft and generous with flavours of red berries, dark cherries and a hint of oak.

This delicious Shiraz is ideal for everyday drinking and will further develop over the coming years.

Silver Medal – Royal Melbourne Wine Show 2009 – Class 2 Single Vineyard.

The grapes for this wine have been selected to truly create an outstanding Pinot. Best described as cherry in colour the bouquet and palate is that of summery plum fruits with hints of new and old French oak.

As is to be expected from a fine Pinot hints of cigar box characters linger to give an overall wonderful finish. The award given to this wine is well warranted.

2008 Chardonnay – Strathbogie Ranges

Best described as a contemporary Chardonnay, this wine is exciting in all ways. It has a bright green golden colour combining with delicate layers of peach and melon flavours. This wine is ever so lightly oaked, with just a hint of vanilla lees. The balance between fruit weight and acid is seamless.

2008 Chardonnay Semillon – Central Victoria

Made in the Italian style of ‘Vino Bianco’, this refreshing blend of Chardonnay (85%) and Semillon (15%) has hints of green straw colour. The lifted tropical fruit aromas are enhanced by subtle citrus and vanilla oak nuances. A wonderfully crisp, clean palate with a rather racy finish.

2008 Riesling – Clare Valley, South Australia

Bright straw green in colour, the aroma is intensely packed with spice, citrus zest and lemon blossom. The overly rich palate ranges through honey, lemon lime and flinty mineral characters, all combining in excellent wine with great balance and length.

2009 Sauvignon Blanc – Strathbogie Ranges

This lively fresh white wine offers hints of gentle tropical fruit and gooseberry flavours. It displays good length and nice lemon acidity.

This refined cool climate Shiraz displays a brilliant deep purple colour and tastes like a rich dark plums with a slightly savoury edge. The wine has a hint of French oak, good weight and texture, with a rush of red fruits on the palate.

2008 Pinot Noir – Adelaide Hills

The grapes for this wine have been sourced from the premier cool climate region of the Adelaide Hills. This Pinot treads a fine line between being rich, complex and elegant.Best described as dark garnet in colour, with delicate hints of ripe tomato, plum and black berry. It has a lifted bouquet of black berry and strawberry. The palate is rich, with intense fruit layers of cherry, crushed violets, vanilla and well integrated use of French oak.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon – Coonawarra

With fruit sourced from the famous Coonawarra region of South Australia, this cool climate wine has a fragrant nose, followed by a lively palate with touches of mint, rich dark plums and slightly herbaceous spicy finish. Delicate use of French oak combines well with the balanced fruit weight and acid structure. This Cabernet will benefit from further cellaring.

2006 Cabernet Merlot – Barossa Valley

Beautifully balanced, this classic blend offers rich flavours of dark forest fruits and chocolate. Strong varietal expression and aromas of cedar, leather and cassis compliment soft tannins and a lingering finish.

In the glass this wine glows with deep red brick tones. This wine is truly rewarding.
